Jewish Yoga: Finding Peace through Gratitude (with Live Music)

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Come and practice gentle yoga inspired by Jewish themes of awareness, gratitude and moving from darkness to light.  We will move our bodies in order to create internal space and free our minds and spirits.  In addition, we are blessed to have Ami Yares accompanying the class with live music.  No experience necessary! This practice can be done wearing street clothes and we will have yoga mats on hand to use.
