Join cookbook author Marisa McClellan for a primer on using the age-old art of quick pickling to prevent food waste and make meal-enhancing condiments. She'll demonstrate how to take excess produce and scraps that would otherwise be thrown out and transform them. Participants will go home with a handout to help them do the same in their own kitchens.
