Workshop attendees will learn about the benefits of utilizing natural food ingredients as “skin food.” Participants will explore making natural body care products using organic food products found in their kitchens. Participants will learn about non-food skills in the kitchen that take advantage of cooking tools through mixing, measuring, and dialogue. This hands-on workshop will give participants an opportunity to experiment with making salt scrubs and soaks.
