Tenaya Darlington (a.k.a. Madame Fromage) has been blogging about cheese since 2009 (www.madamefromageblog.com). She is the author of Di Bruno Bros. House of Cheese, written in collaboration with the cheesemongers at Di Bruno Bros. And she is co-author of a two new books, The New Cocktail Hour and TCM's Movie Night Menus. By day, she directs the Writing Studies M.A. program at Saint Joseph's University.

Dr. Emiliano Tatar is a full time Pediatrician working in Roxborough who also owns a small-batch, handmade, artisanal cheese company in Merion Station, PA (Merion Park Cheese Co). He started cheesemaking as a hobby and eventually started making cheeses for sale in the Philly area. Dr. Tatar lives in Merion with his wife Lori, daughter Mia and son Seth.
