Hear from leaders in food entrepreneurship and non-profit who are committed to creating a space for everyone at the table. Using innovative operating models that make sure food and knowledge stay in circulation and out of the waste stream, these leaders challenge long-held paradigms in the hospitality industry and prioritize people over profit. Have a chance to hear their stories, engage and ask questions about how it works and how to get involved.
